Book on Tap

Books on Tap isn't your typical book club. Join us the third Thursday of every month as we read our way through the latest and greatest in Fantasy, Science Fiction, Speculative Fiction, and more – all while enjoying appetizers and drinks at bars or restaurants here in New Baltimore. Books are available for pick-up at MacDonald Public Library one month prior to the meeting date. Our group typically meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 8:00 p.m. Our location changes periodically so that we can experience all that our beautiful community has to offer. Register here.

The Librarian's List

You're invited to join The Librarian's List! Join us on a journey through the stacks as we give you the inside story on what your library staff is reading! The Librarian's List is a book club hosted by a rotating cast of MacDonald Public Library staff members. Each month a different staff member will highlight a book in a genre or subject area that personally interests them and host a book club style discussion around it. We hope that the breadth of material covered throughout The Librarian's List will encourage you to step out of your genre zone! The Librarian's List meets on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm in the community room.
